I want to thank you for guiding us through this sad and difficult time, and for helping us organise what turned out to be not just a respectful memorial service but a wonderful celebration of our mother's life.

You listened to us with kindness and empathy, gave us many useful suggestions, kept us calm throughout, and then weaved our memories, past experiences, funny and emotional anecdotes into a beautiful life story that reflected Mum's character and spirit.

Since then family and friends who watched the webcast of the ceremony have told us how it made them feel part of our celebration and how moving and uplifting it was.

I hadn't expected everything to go as smoothly as it did at the start of our journey together. And that is, in no small part, thanks to you Inger.

I can't thank Inger enough for making my uncle Cliff's service absolutely perfect. She carefully listened to everything I said and wove it into a fitting beautiful tribute for him. She also mentioned that as he had served in the forces he was entitled to have the union flag on his coffin which we did. This would have made him so proud and happy. Nothing was too much trouble. She was always caring and considerate and made the whole process less painful than it may have been. It turned out to be a joyous day. Thank you for everything you did to make it so special.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Inger conduct the celebration of Dad's life . From her very first communication Inger conveyed the most incredible compassion. Her preferred style is to visit the bereaved family, ahead of the service, and this is where her true ability beamed. Inger visited us one evening at the family home prior to the funeral, and truly difficult to articulate in text, but Inger was able to extract details of a persons life with seeming ease, and our family certainly felt during this time, we could relay stories that shaped a persons life. On the day of the service Inger was simply amazing. She engaged with the congregation, delivered a most memorable "celebration of life", and conducted the service with utmost professionalism. Every single person that attended the funeral made the point of mentioning to us what an incredible job the celebrant performed.

I approached Inger to conduct the ceremony for a dear friend who sadly passed away recently. She visited my home and was warm friendly and caring. . She wanted to know as much background knowledge of my friend so she could build a picture of the man he was.
